The good news is that there are lots of amazing recipes out there for things like pasta, bread, and pizza. But that’s okay, because you can always just microwave them and warm it up again. You can also make things in the microwave and then bring them to room temperature, but you have to remember to let them cool before you eat them. But I found that I could make a lot of things that were a bit more complex in the kitchen without breaking a sweat. So I started reading in cookbooks, and the recipes were always simple, like salads or soups or pasta. But then I realized that I could cook ahead of time and then reheat some of it. Well, that is the same argument that made me start eating dinner before a movie. If you don’t like it, you can’t really blame the house. And if you make a mistake that you’ve made before, it can happen again. If you want to cook at night, you need to watch as the temperature drops and the food becomes less nutritious. I’m not talking about the time it takes to prepare a meal.
